All orders are shipped as Standard Shipping with transit times that vary. Standard Shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number.

*BUYER is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If refund is requested due to ‘return to sender’ due to buyer error, there will be a re-stocking FEE of 5$CAD deducted from refunded amount, plus the amount paid for shipping.

In the event a package is returned to sender due to: an incorrect shipping address provided by buyer, or due to buyer error / failure to pick-up, your order can be re-shipped with the purchase ($) of a new shipping label or refunded (minus the original shipping fee).

*NOTE: USA Tracked and International Tracked Shipments will be charged an extra 5$CAD fee if shipment is returned. The fee is added to the original amount paid for shipping.

Unfortunately, standard shipping does NOT include a tracking number.

However, if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date (for Canada/USA orders), please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

NOTE: ALL ORDERS TAKE 1-3 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING. (Purchasing priority shipping only expedites the transit time, not the prep time.) / Once an order ships, the arrival date is beyond our control. Some remote locations, could take an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

Each piece of jewelry comes packaged in a clear plastic zipper bag. Orders are shipped in a bubble-wrap enveloppe or a small box (depending on order size). 

If you would like your item(s) gift-wrapped, please add our 'Gift-Wrap Option' to your cart or select the GIFT-WRAP option during checkout. (Note: If you would like more than one item gift-wrapped please specify by adding the correct quantity to your cart.)

Our gift-wrapping option includes: tissue paper with a custom handwritten card. ($)

* If your order is a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please message us your recipient’s name and your full name. (If not, your Etsy username might appear with your gift).

For the most part, we can customize jewelry pieces by adding and/or switching charms! (Note: We do NOT currently offer personalized engravings.)

{ Custom Messages }

Handwritten gift messages are included for free with any order! If you prefer a typed gift message, plus send us a message or leave a note with your order.

Most of the charms are made-of Zinc Alloy (lead and nickel-free; common allergens) or a simple silver-coated alloy. The base metal is usually a mix of copper and/or brass, and sometimes stainless steel. Some charms are also made of Acrylic and Resin materials. Silver and gold-plated jewelry can also be found in our shop. NOTE: Stainless steel can contain small amounts of nickel.

Also, each stamped-piece charm has the letters darkened with a jewelry ink. This ink is long-lasting, but will not be permanent if exposed often to water, chemicals or washing. 

Most of our charms and jewelry are made of silver-plated zinc alloy, which is lead and nickel-free. Like most metals, zinc alloy can tarnish and discolour. To help delay tarnish, it’s best to avoid moist or wet conditions, such as while showering, taking a bath, swimming or during a sweaty workout. When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is best to store it in an air tight zip-lock bag to help prevent tarnishing.

*The best way to remove tarnish is to scrub lightly with toothpaste & a toothbrush, rinse with water and dry thoroughly immediately afterwards. For stainless steel pieces, please avoid using a toothbrush as the metal can scratch easily.

**Some individuals’ skin & body oil chemistry can cause the jewelry pieces to tarnish faster

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer the ability to customize pendants at this time. We do not offer custom engravings. Alternatively, please see our ADD-ONS, to add an initial or birthstone to your jewelry pieces.
